1. Defective items
In the case of a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric damage, stitching issues, or incorrect size labeling), we will offer repair, exchange for a similar item, or a refund.

2. Non-defective items
If the item is in good condition and matches the description, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

3. Swimwear (including burkini)
For hygiene reasons, swimwear items, including burkini, are *non-returnable and non-exchangeable*, unless they are defective.

4. Deposit
In certain cases (upon agreement), the paid amount may be kept as a *deposit* for future purchases.

5. Return conditions
To be eligible for return, the item must:
– have original tags attached;
– be unworn and unwashed;
– be in its original packaging.

6. Timeframe
Claims regarding defects must be submitted within a reasonable period, and no later than 7 days from the date of receiving the item.
